My sister and I attempted to bake some blue velvet cupcakes today. They’re more turquoise than they are blue though.

I made some especially for my cute little cousin Midori and sent them over to her house. She woke up to a cupcake breakfast!

And then she made them kid-friendly and decorated them on her own! Next time we’ll get a photo of her demolishing one of them. Notice how her t-shirt matches the flags? Great minds!
